Category I - General and recreational reader; minimum subject matter knowledge
* 10 pages or less
* Minimum technical words
* Turnaround of 7 work days, not including weekends
* $0.03 per word; minimum $10.00
* Additional fee for turnaround less than 7 days
Category II - Knowledgeable about subject matter; comfortable with moderate technical vocabulary
* 10 - 20 pages
* Moderate number of technical vocabulary
* Turnaround of 10 work days
* $0.05 per word
* Additional fee for turnaround less than 10 days
Category III - Subject matter proficient reader or student, i.e. text-book, in-depth pamphlet or article
* 21 pages or more
* Full technical vocabulary
* $0.10 per word
